I hereby agree that the Indian River County Fair Association Inc., the Vero Beach Firefighters Association Inc., or the County of Indian River will not be responsible for the loss or damage to property, or for personal injury, which is a result of my participation in the Firefighters’ Indian River County Fair. Upon signing this statement, I as an adult, guardian or parent, release the Indian River County Fair Association, Inc., and accept complete responsibility. Any items entered, may be photographed and used by the Fair for advertising. All premium monies awarded in connection with the entry, shall be paid upon removal of your exhibit by Tuesday, March 19, 2024 between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
